The Bank obtained permission to establish the Company from the Agency of theRepublic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market andFinancial Organizations on November 13, 2006 (registration number #75). The Company also obtained Certificate of the state registration of the legalentity - member of Regional Financial Centre of the city of Almaty (RFCA) -issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of the RFCA onNovember 14, 2006 (registration number # 3-1910-RFCA-JSC).
