JSC Halyk Savings Bank Kazakhstan12 January 2007 JSC Halyk Bank Kazakhstan publishes its list of shareholders as at 1 January 2007 JSC Halyk Bank Kazakhstan (the Bank), which common shares are listed onKazakhstan Stock Exchange and GDRs are listed on London Stock Exchange under thetickers HSBK, publishes its list of shareholders owning over 5% of total sharesissued as at 1 January 2007. In accordance with the register provided by the Bank's registrar in KazakhstanJSC Fondovyi Centre as at 1 January 2007: - the total number of authorized common shares (National Identification Number KZ1C33870011) of the Bank was 1,129,016,660 of which 974,547,782 shares were issued, 3,858,746 were held in treasury stock; - the total number of preferred shares (National Identification Number KZ1P33870117) was 24,742,000, fully issued and outstanding; - the total number of preferred shares (National Identification Number KZ1P33870216) was 80,225,222, fully issued and outstanding.
