HSBC HOLDINGS PLCISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

HSBC Holdings plc has today issued £1,000,000,000 6.800% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031 (the 'Notes') pursuant to an indenture dated 26 August 2009 (as amended and supplemented from time to time and as most recently amended and supplemented by a thirtieth supplemental indenture dated 14 September 2023).

Application will be made to list the Notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
