Hornby PLC27 November 2007 27 November 2007 Hornby plc (the "Company") Director Dealing Hornby plc was advised on 27 November 2007, that Frank Martin, Chief Executive,has exercised options over 148,310 ordinary shares. Such options with an expirydate of 12 March 2008 were awarded to him under the Company's Share OptionScheme on 12 March 2001. On the same day Mr Martin has sold 72,000 ordinary shares at a price of 245p pershare to satisfy the costs of the exercise of his options and the income tax andnational insurance liabilities immediately arising on the exercise of theseoptions. As a result of the exercise of these options and subsequent share sale, MrMartin's interest in shares in Hornby plc has now increased from 133,141 to209,451 representing 0.55% of the company's issued share capital.
