Hornby PLC07 December 2006 7 December 2006 Hornby Plc Director/PDMR Shareholding On 6 December 2006, Hornby Plc (the "Company") was informed that the HornbyEmployee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") acquired by acquisition in the market on 5December 2006, at an average price of 266.0p per share, a total of 66,765ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.18% of theCompany's issued share capital of 37,621,030 Ordinary Shares.
