Hogg Robinson Group PLC21 November 2007 Hogg Robinson Group plc (the 'Company') NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 20 November 2007 that Mr David Radcliffeand Mr John Coombe, all directors of the Company, acquired the followingordinary shares in the Company on 20 November 2007. Mr David Radcliffe purchased 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 46.75 penceper share.
