05 January 2009 Hogg Robinson Group plc ("the Company") Voting Rights and Capital
520,681 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company have been allotted with effect from 06 January 2009 to certain qualifying shareholders as a result of elections received in respect of scrip dividend entitlements in place of the cash dividend which became due and payable on 23 December 2008.
As a consequence, with effect from 06 January 2009, the Company's capital will consist of 307,762,884 ordinary shares all of which carry equal voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hogg Robinson Group plc is 307,762,884.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or any change to their interest in, Hogg Robinson Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
