Directors' Interest in Shares

Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 19 December 2008 of the following purchases of the Company's shares:

(1) George Battersby, (non-executive director) has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company on 19 December 2008 at a price of 3.96 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Battersby holds 353,333 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Note: HRG's issued share capital consists of 307,242,203 ordinary shares with

voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
