31 July 2012 Hogg Robinson Group plc ("the Company") Directors' interest in shares
The Company has been notified that on 30 July 2012, David Radcliffe, the Chief Executive of the Company purchased a further 20,000 shares at a price of 58.5521p per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Radcliffe is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,368,069 shares (representing 0.73% of the Company's issued share capital).
