Home Retail Group notes that figures in its announcement on 20 May 2016 in relation to share awards made under the Performance Share Plan were overstated by a total of 178 shares. The announcement is re-released below in its entirety with the correct figures inserted.

The Company received notification on 19 May 2016 of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by certain of its executive directors.

Performance Share Plan
The Company made awards on 19 May 2016 under the terms of its Performance Share Plan. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum number of Ordinary Shares that could vest in the case of each executive director is as follows:
