Hochschild Mining plc (the 'Company') announces a change in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director, in the Ordinary Shares of the Company ('Shares') following the vesting of an award of conditional Shares under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan on 20 March 2015.
Following the vesting, Mr Bustamante has:
(i) a holding of 121,244 Shares; and
(ii) an interest in conditional awards over 2,692,513 Shares.
