Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, CEO and an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").
Ignacio Bustamante acquired 596,630 Shares on 31 December 2019 for nil consideration following the vesting of the final tranche of conditional shares under the Company's Restricted Share Plan.
