Transfer of Treasury Shares

Huntsworth plc (the 'Company') announces that on 25 June 2013 it transferred to a participant in the Company's 2006 Executive Share Option Scheme 339,394 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 54 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 2,289,054 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 255,683,583 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
