Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 8th March 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 75 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,300,098 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 244,699,510 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
