Scrip Dividend Alternative
Huntsworth plc, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that in relation to the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2015, the price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 45.30 pence. This is the average of the Company's middle market quotations for the five consecutive business days commencing on 26 May 2016 (the day on which the shares were first quoted ex-dividend).
Shareholders who wish to elect to participate in the scrip dividend scheme, may do so either online at www.investorcentre.co.uk or by contacting the Company's registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, at The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZZ or by telephoning +44 (0)370 707 1048.
Shareholders who hold their shares in CREST and wish to elect to participate must do so by means of CREST procedures.
All elections to participate in the scrip dividend scheme (whether completed in electronic or hard copy form) must be received by the Company's registrars by no later than 5.00 pm on 16 June 2016.
