Interim Dividend for 2019
Scrip Dividend Alternative
Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces that in relation to the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2019, the price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 83.92 pence. This is the average of the Company's middle market quotations for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on 26 September 2019 (the day on which the shares were first quoted ex-dividend).
Shareholders who wish to elect to participate in the scrip dividend scheme, may do so either online at www.investorcentre.co.uk or by contacting the Company's registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, at The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZZ or by telephoning +44 (0)370 707 1048.
Shareholders who hold their shares in CREST and wish to elect to participate must do so by means of CREST procedures.
All elections to participate in the scrip dividend scheme (whether completed in electronic or hard copy form) must be received by the Company's registrars by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 16 October 2019.
