Director/PDMR Shareholding
Huntsworth plc, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that it was notified on 28th April 2015 that:
On 16th April 2015, Bluefocus International Limited, a connected person of Oscar Zhao, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 6,826 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, rather than 22,082 ordinary shares as previously notified under RNS Number : 7146K and released by the Company on 20th April 2015 at 13:07.
Therefore following a series of transactions during the period 10th April 2015 to 17th April 2015, Bluefocus International Limited acquired on the London Stock Exchange a total of 199,369 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company, rather than the 214,625 ordinary shares previously notified. The details for each transaction are set out below:
