The Board of Huntsworth, the healthcare and communications group, announces that, pursuant to the proposed interim dividend of 0.75 pence per ordinary share announced on 23 July 2019 and payable on 6 November 2019, it has received valid elections for a scrip dividend alternative in respect of 316,577 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (New Shares).
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (Admission). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 6 November 2019. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
Following Admission, the Company will hold nil ordinary shares in treasury and will have a total of 370,102,999 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 370,102,999. The figure of 370,102,999 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
