Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 10,805,341 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The New Shares have been issued pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Dutko Worldwide Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries on 1 December 2009.
It is expected that Admission will occur on 10 December 2010.
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
