Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 3,274,571 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The New Shares will be issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of Tonic Life Communications Limited which was announced on 13 July 2009.
It is expected that Admission of the New Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 29 November 2013.
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
