The Board of Huntsworth, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that pursuant to the proposed interim dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share announced on 26 July 2016 and payable on 4 November 2016, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for a scrip dividend alternative in respect of 95,918 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (New Shares).
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (Admission). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 4 November 2016.
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
