Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 5,032,931 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The New Shares have been issued pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Momentum International Limited on 16 February 2009 and Atomic Communications, LLC on 22 March 2011.
It is expected that Admission will occur on 22 August 2012.
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
