Huntsworth plc, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 826,031 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The New Shares will be issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of Audacity, Inc, (now called Audacity Health LLC) on 2 May 2014.
It is expected that Admission of the New Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 30 June 2015.
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
