Hardman has also obtained approval from the Australian TaxationOffice to change its tax reporting date on the same basis. As a result, Hardman will:- 1. hold, as scheduled, its next Annual General Meeting on 24November 2005 at which time its financial report, directors' report andauditor's report for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2005 will be tabled forconsideration; 2. complete its next audited financial report and directors'report for the 6 month period ending 31 December 2005 ("December 2005Accounts"); and 3. hold the following Annual General Meeting during the secondQuarter of 2006 at which time the December 2005 Accounts will be tabled forconsideration. The Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Hardman, Simon Potter,commented "The change in financial year will allow Hardman to synchronise itsperiodic reporting with the annual budget cycles of the major joint ventures inwhich it participates as well as the taxation reporting requirements of theprincipal jurisdictions within which Hardman conducts its activities.
