Ottakar's PLC16 May 2006 OTTAKAR'S PLC The Board of Ottakar's plc ("Ottakar's") announces that it has received arenewed indicative cash offer from HMV Group plc ("HMV") at a price perOttakar's share which is materially below the current market price (the "Indicative Offer").
