Recommended Cash Offer for HML

HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, draws shareholders' attention to the announcement (the "Rule 2.7 Announcement") made today by BDB Nominee Company Limited, a private limited liability company, formed at the direction of Harwood Capital LLP, in relation to a recommended cash offer for the issued and to be issued share capital of HML.

The Rule 2.7 Announcement will also be available, subject to certain restrictions relating to persons resident in certain jurisdictions, on HML's website at www.hmlgroup.com shortly.
