Martin Zhang (PDMR) participates in the Halma Dividend Re-investment Plan ('DRIP'). As a result of the final dividend paid on 17 August 2016, the beneficial holding of Martin Zhang increases by 374 shares to 68,321 shares (0.018% of the issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares). The DRIP shares were acquired at 1074.22p per share. |
