The Company announces that Michael O'Donnell, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Board of his intention not to seek re-election as a Non-Executive Director of Helical at the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 11 July 2019. Michael joined the Board of Helical as a Non-Executive Director in 2011, and during his eight years has served as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Nominations Committee and as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Mike Slade, Chairman of Helical, said: "I would like to thank Michael for his support, advice and commitment to the Company during his eight years on the Board of Helical."
