HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED
Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that Stuart Grant will join the Board of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 3rd March 2023. He will also join the Audit Committee with effect from 1st June 2023.
Stuart is CEO of ARC Group and has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He is Co-Founder of CoreLife Investors and an adviser to Brookfield's Real Estate Group.
Stuart started his real estate investment career at Blackstone in London in 2000. During his 18 years at Blackstone, he held a variety of senior executive positions, including as a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Investment Committee. He played a key role in building Blackstone's real estate business in the Asia-Pacific region.
Stuart returned to the United Kingdom in 2018 as Managing Director of Stanhope Plc, one of London's leading property developers, before joining up with Brookfield to develop the ARC science and innovation real estate platform.
Stuart's appointment will bring further valuable external expertise to the Company's Board and demonstrates the Company's continued focus on evolving the composition of its Board to respond to the changing business environment in which it operates.
In connection with the above appointment, the Company advises that Stuart Grant has not held any directorships in listed companies in the past five years.
No further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Stuart Grant pursuant to 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
