Annual Report and Accounts
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has published today its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Copies of these documents may be obtained from the registered office of the Company at Westhaven House, Arleston Way, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4LH and are available for viewing on the Company's website www.hsholdings.com.
Two copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company and the Form of Proxy have today been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is located at:
