EU GDPR Data Privacy Notices

This notification is made in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and the EU General Data Protection Regulations (the "GDPR"), effective 25 May 2018.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Company hereby gives notice as follows:

• To shareholders of the data privacy policies applied to them, available in the 'data privacy notice for shareholders'; and

• To business partners, intermediaries and all others of the data privacy policies applied to them, available in the 'data privacy notice for others'.
