Yell Group plc17 June 2005 Yell Group plc ("the Company") The Company was informed today that John Condron, the Chief Executive of theCompany, and John Davis, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company respectivelysold 410,238 and 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 16 June2005 at a price of 434p per share. John Condron also exercised and sold optionsat a sale price of 434p per share, over a further 589,762 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company, granted under the Senior Manager Incentive Plan at anexercise price of 0.365 p per share. Following the sale, John Condron and John Davis have remaining interests of2,939,615 shares and 951,739 shares respectively, representing 0.42 per cent and0.14 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
