the conversion price for the Bonds shall be adjusted accordingly.

The conversion price of the Unsecured Overseas Convertible Bonds Due 2022 shall be adjusted from NT$141.484 to NT$174.355 per common
share effective from Octorber 25, 2018.

The closed period for conversion of the Bonds shall commence from August 21 to October 25, 2018.
