10 June 2011 HgCapital Trust plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights
The Company today issued 695,810 Ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of Subscription share rights on 31 May 2011. Following this issue there will be 31,799,725 Ordinary shares of 25p each and 5,524,973 Subscription shares of 1p each in issue in the capital of the Company.
Subscription shares do not carry voting rights. The total voting rights of the Company from 10 June 2011 will be as follows:
