The Company announces that, Andrew Murison, a Director of the Company, acquired 6,153 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company on 16 March 2012. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and the shares were bought at a price of 975p per share.
Mr Murison now has an interest in 11,153 Ordinary shares, representing 0.035% of the total voting rights (31,822,330) in the Company, and 2,000 Subscription shares, which do not carry voting rights.
