HGCAPITAL TRUST PLC ("THE COMPANY")
The Company was notified today that Mr Richard Brooman, Non-Executive Director, sold 1,250 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a price of 1517.56 pence per Ordinary Share, and purchased 1,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1519.09 pence per Ordinary Share via an ISA, on 25 April 2017.
Following the above transaction Mr. Brooman remains beneficially interested in 2,090 Ordinary Shares, as reported previously in the 2016 Annual Report, representing approximately 0.005% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
