HGT announces that Guy Wakeley, HGT's Non-Executive Director who served on the Board since 2018, will step down from the Board on 31 December 2023.
Jim Strang, Chairman of HGT, said: "The Board would like to thank Guy for his significant contributions over the last five years. The search process to appoint a Non-Executive Director to replace Mr Wakeley is underway.
