Highland Gold Mining Limited11 December 2007 Equity subscription in Highland Gold by Millhouse LLC 11 December 2007. Highland Gold Mining Limited ("Highland Gold") announces today that MillhouseLLC has completed its first subscription for 65,050,000 new ordinary shares inHighland Gold at a price of 151 pence per share. These new ordinary shares willbe admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00amtoday. Millhouse LLC has also subscribed for a further 65,050,000 new ordinary sharesat the same price conditional upon (inter alia) the passing of requisiteshareholder resolutions to be proposed at an EGM expected to take place in thefirst half of January 2008. A circular is expected to be sent to shareholders onor around 18 December 2007. The issued share capital is 259,964,450 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share.
