The attached form provides an update to the number of CDIs quoted on the ASX and the net transfers from the CDI register during December 2016.
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the UK Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would also like to notify the market of the following:
On 31 December 2016, Henderson Group plc's capital consisted of 1,131,842,109 shares with voting rights. Henderson Group plc holds nil shares in Treasury.
The above figure, 1,131,842,109, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
