Henderson Group wishes to advise the following key dates in the first half of 2012.
Last day for processing requests by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs before the record date for the 2011 final dividend | 26 April (London time) |
Last day for processing requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares before the record date for the 2011 final dividend | 27 April(Sydney time) |
CDIs begin trading on the ASX on an ex-dividend basis | 30 April |
Ordinary shares begin trading on the LSE on an ex-dividend basis | 2 May |
Henderson Group 2012 Annual General Meeting | 2 May |
Interim Management Statement | 2 May |
Record Date for the 2011 final dividend | 4 May |
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs | 7 May |
Dividend payment date (subject to shareholder approval at the 2012 Annual General Meeting) | 25 May |
