Henderson Group plc wishes to confirm that shareholders on the register at 5.00pm on
8 May 2015, the Record Date, will be entitled to a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 of 6.40 pence per ordinary share.
For holders of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs), the A$ or the NZ$ equivalent will be
12.2490 cents* (Australia) and 13.0432 cents* (New Zealand) per CDI respectively.
The dividend will be paid on 29 May 2015.
The timetable is as follows:
Record Date for dividend Friday 8 May
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holdersto convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinaryshareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs Monday 11 May
Dividend payment date Friday 29 May
\* The exchange rates that have been applied in translating the dividend amount are as follows:
£1 = A$1.9139 and £1 = NZ$2.038.
