This disclosure is to reflect the fact that the voting rights held indirectly by the underlying intermediate holding company Standard Life Investments (Holdings) Limited ("SLIHL") decreased below the 10% notifiable threshold due to trading on 6 July 2018. SLIHL now holds the delegated voting rights to 9.69% of the shares in Hilton Food Group plc. Prior to this crossing, SLIHL held the delegated voting rights to 10.06%.

This disclosure also reflects a change in methodology for Section 9 to detail the full chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights and/or the financial instruments are effectively held starting with the ultimate controlling natural person or legal entity.
