Grant of Awards of Shares to Directors under
The Hilton Food Group Long-Term Incentive Plan 2012 (the "Plan")
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company announces that on 25 June 2012 the following Executive Directors were granted awards under the Plan entitling them to acquire ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") as summarised below.

No consideration was paid for the grant of these awards.
