The Company announces that it agreed on 10 June 2025 to allot 185,000 ordinary shares at a price of 220.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.
These shares will be issued for cash on 12 June 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 175,344,679.
