Notice of Correction
Halfords Group plc wish to announce the correction of an error contained in its Preliminary Statement, announced yesterday 10 June 2009, in relation to the record date for the final dividend of 10.90 pence per ordinary share payable on 5 August 2009.
The Record Date for this final dividend will be Friday 19 June 2009, NOT 18 June as previously disclosed.
The full financial calendar to 2 April 2010 is detailed below;
Annual General Meeting - Wednesday 29 July 2009.
Final dividend payable - Wednesday 5 August 2009.
Record date - Friday 19 June 2009.
Ex dividend date - Wednesday 17 June 2009.
Pre-close statement - Thursday 8 October 2009.
Half-year report - Thursday 26 November 2009.
Interim dividend payable - Monday 11 January 2010.
Record date - Friday 4 December 2009.
Ex dividend date - Wednesday 2 December 2009.
