In accordance with the terms of the Base Prospectus dated 28th September 2018, the latest financial statements are now available to view on the heylo website (http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond) - please note these accounts relate to the 6 month period ending 31st March 2019 and are unaudited.
Having recently acquired units as they are built not all of Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc properties are occupied and yielding, however, once the remaining part sales complete and the part buy proceeds are in-turn reinvested in an already identified pipeline of additional properties the anticipated rent roll is forecast to be c.£600,000 (>2x bond payments).
Given the growth of the Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc and wider group business, the respective boards have also been expanded with executives and experienced non-executive directors.
