Harmony Energy Income Trust plc, announces that on 31 January 2023 the Directors of the Company, and persons closely associated ("PCA") with them, each acquired ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the conversion of all issued C shares ("C Shares") to Ordinary Shares as previously announced on 26 January 2023.
