Total Voting Rights
As at 30 September 2025, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 85,639,209 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), with one voting right per share. The Company holds 4,792,215 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 80,846,994 with one voting right per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 80,846,994.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
