Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that on 1 October 2024, Robin Williams, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,250 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 137.88 pence per ordinary share and Adam Phillips, Chief Financial Officer purchased 2,168 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 137.66 pence per ordinary share.
