Hardy Oil & Gas plc15 February 2008 For immediate release 15 February 2008 Hardy Oil and Gas plc ("Hardy" or "the Company") Publication of prospectus and move to the Main Market Hardy Oil and Gas plc (AIM: HDY) announces the publication of the prospectus inrelation to its primary listing of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") onthe Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") andadmission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listedsecurities (the "Main Market"). Admission of its Ordinary Shares to the Official List and commencement oftrading on the Main Market is expected to occur on 20 February 2008 at 8:00am.The Company's Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker "HDY". The Companywishes to notify shareholders that trading of its Ordinary Shares on AIM will becancelled simultaneously with its admission to the Main Market.
